About this data

School climate perception data is collected through SurveyWorks, a statewide school culture and climate survey that solicits feedback from educators, students, and families about strengths and challenges in their school communities. For this indicator, student, teacher, and family responses are provided. Overall, families have the most favorable responses related to school climate, followed by teachers. Less than half of students surveyed in 2021-22 feel their school has a strong culture and climate.
